Terms & Conditions
These are the terms and conditions applicable to the "Win a Bulmers Live
Night At Leopardstown for Five People” Prize Draw promotion (the "Promotion"),
which will be available for entry on www.bulmerslive.ie between 18th May and
10th August 2009. There will be six prizes, one prize corresponding to each
date for which BulmersLive is scheduled.
The prize shall consist of the following:
• Five tickets to gain access to Leopardstown Racecourse and to the
live performance of one of the headline acts on the same date
• A reserved table in the Leopardstown Pavilion for five people
• Complimentary bottle of Bulmers Pear for the winner and four friends
• A scrumptious meal to include choices from our extensive Summer
Buffet Menu for five people
• €100 Tote Voucher for the table
• Five tickets to gain access to the live performance from one of
our headline acts.

The Promotion is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland aged
18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, or any of its associated or affiliated
companies, their families or anyone professionally involved with the Promotion
are not eligible to enter.
1. To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete and submit
the entry form and accept these terms and conditions on www.bulmerslive.ie
by 17.00 hours GMT on the Thursday preceding the date of the event. Below
is a table outlining the deadline dates for the competition entries for
each of the six prizes:

2. Entrants only need enter the competition once to be
in with a chance to win any of the six prizes. However, no person can win
the prize more than once.
3. No entries will be accepted after the deadline date for that
week’s prize draw. These entrants will be entered into the subsequent
prize draws.
4. Only one entry per person to the Promotion will be permitted.
Entrants will receive confirmation of online entry by on-screen message
and email. Proof of entering details online will not be proof of entry.
5. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept these terms and conditions
and agree to be bound by them.
6. The personal data provided by an entrant in connection with
entry to the Promotion will be held and processed by the Promoter in accordance
with current data protection legislation and www.bulmerslive.ie Privacy
Statement (which is available at www.bulmerslive.ie) and, unless otherwise
consented to by the entrant, in order to run the Promotion, award the Prizes,
deal with any queries regarding the Promotion and/or to verify that these
terms and conditions have been complied with.
7. One winner will be drawn electronically at random for each prize
on the preceding Friday before the event takes place and will be notified
via the contact details provided when they entered the Promotion. If the
Promoter cannot contact the winner of the prize within 24 hours then a subsequent
draw will take place until a winner can be contacted.
8. The name of the winner will be publicly disclosed via email
to all people who sign up to email updates and who entered the competition
from www.bulmerslive.ie within 3 days of the draw. And also will be available
on www.bulmerslive.ie
9. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion
or any of the elements of the Prize or to amend these terms and conditions
without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their
reasonable control. Any changes will be posted at www.bulmerslive.ie
10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if
it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these
terms and conditions. The Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed
and construed in accordance with Irish law and any dispute shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
11. The winner may be required to take part in publicity. This
may include photographs, interviews and written and spoken material, all
of which may be used by the Promoter as it deems fit. The winner agrees
to the use of their name and image by the Promoter for such publicity purposes.
